1847 PRINTED VALENTINE, HAND COLOURED, FROM NORWICH TO WOOLWICH, KENT. Wrapper, some re-enforcement on reverse from Norwich to a 'Mr E H Harvey, 28 Rectory Place, Woolwich, Kent' with post paid '1' and London 'PAID' date stamp FE 13 1847, on reverse 'NORWICH' date stamp FE 12 1847. Within is a superb printed valentine, hand coloured and depicting a gentleman within a posy of flowers with verse 'Dear youth, accept this pledge of love, and love's request obey: And ever kind and faithful prove, From this auspicious day'. Slight faults but very unusual. (Ref 134319).
