    1756 MAIL STAMFORD TO LONDON WITH UNRECORDED 'STAM/FORD' HAND STAMP. Letter from Stamford 'To Mefsrs. Childs Backwell and Co, Bankers at Temple Barr London' dated 7th February 1756, some faults include affected by damp. On front charged '3' and on reverse good strike unrecorded 'STAM/FORD' two line hand stamp in black (23x12mm) and London Bishop mark '9/FE'. (Ref 123703).
