PL.199 (SD)(SG17). A good used die 1 1d pl.199 S.C.16 (SG17) lettered SD, one short perforation and corner bend but showing fine constant variety, unlisted by SG but appears on the imprimatur sheet 'MARK IN S SQUARE'. Cancelled '132' of Brighton. (Ref 99081).
