Wrapper from Cirencester dated 26 Nov 1827 to 'William Byrch Esq, Evesham', charged '9' and on front fine manuscript 'X at Oxford' to denote local delivery rather than via London. On reverse very fine strike 'CIRENCESTER/93' circular mileage mark (GL222). Fine usage. (Ref 139991).
