Armstrong Esq, 23 Eldon Square, Newcastle on Tyne' with die 2 1d red-brown on blued paper (SG29) lettered EA, several shorter perforations, tied very fine strike 'BIRKENHEAD/74' spoon cancellation (RA1) 20 AP 1857 code 'I'. A scarcer cancellation and this month usage unrecorded by Arundel. (Ref 139321).
