Fine 1893 printed circular 'JURY SUMMONS' from Hertford to 'Mr J Foster, Farmer, Little Wymondley, Herts' with 3d Jubilee (SG202) cancelled fine strike 'HERTFORD' squared circle NO 1 93. On front manuscript 'not known at Lt Wymondley'. A Jury Summons was liable of postage of 3d, 1d postage and 2d registration fee although item was not registered. (Ref 137809).
