VALENTINE 'THE PAST/THE FUTURE' PRINTED ENVELOPE IN GREY DEPICTING WAR AND PEACE. A very fine unused example of the original envelope printed by J Valentine of Dundee inscribed 'THE PAST/THE FUTURE' with scenes of destruction and war at left, at right scenes of peacefulness and rural life. Envelope believed produced following the Crimean War. (Ref 137745).
