CIRCA 1780-1783 MAIL HERTFORD TO LONDON WITH 'HERT/FORD' TWO LINE HAND STAMP (HE210). Fine undated wrapper, small part missing on reverse, from Hertford 'To Mr Chester, at his Seat in the Chancery Office, Chancery Lane, London', charged '4' and on reverse fine if slightly overinked strike 'HERT/FORD' two line hand stamp in black (HE210) and London Bishop mark '8/OC'. Hertford hand stamp recorded 1780-1783 only. (Ref 136567).
