1839 PART WRAPPER UNIFORM FOURPENNY POST EDINBURGH TO DUNDEE WITH HAND STAMP '4'. Front and rear flap from Edinburgh to 'John Shiell Esq, Writer, Dundee', on front very fine strike hand stamp '4' charge mark of Edinburgh, on reverse Edinburgh date stamp DEC 23 1839.
