Fine wrapper used locally in London addressed to 'Mr F Dean, Excise Office' with fine strike '2' charge mark also very fine strike boxed 'T.P/Fifh St Hill' receivers hand stamp in black (L504/FISH8). On reverse London date stamp AP 15 1833. (Ref 136154).
