Chamberlain Esq, at his houfe in Petty france, Westminster, London', charged '4' and on reverse good strike 'KENDAL' straight line hand stamp in black (WE165)(22.3 x 5mm). Rare early usage of provincial hand stamp. (Ref 133655).
