Envelope Halifax to 'Thomas Pease, South Parade, Leeds' with 1d (SG8) lettered CC, cut into tied good strike Halifax Maltese cross in black, on front good to fine strike 'Brighouse/Penny Post' hand stamp in blue (YK585) and 'LEEDS' date stamp DE 21 1841. On reverse 'HALIFAX' date stamp DE 20 1841 and fine wafer seal in green with italic style 'F' within. (Ref 133322).
