Wrapper from Liverpool to Manchester with 1d pl.79 (SG43) x 2 and 1d pl.90 x 1, filing fold affects latter, stamps tied good strikes 'LIVERPOOL/466' duplex AU 21 65, postage underpaid with 'ABOVE 1½ OZ' hand stamp and 'd2' charge mark.
