1840-41 MATCHED PAIR 1D BLACK PL.2 (SG2) AND 1D RED (SG7) LETTERED SB. Fine used 1840 1d black pl.2 (SG2) lettered SB with fine four margins and fine strike red Maltese cross, matched with 1d red (SG7), margins very close but just clear at right otherwise fine and cancelled black Maltese cross. Both stamps clearly show 7 and 10 o'clock ray flaws NW square. (Ref 132980).
