CIRCA 1770 WRAPPER USED IN LONDON WITH SOUTHWARK OFFICE DOCKWRA (L354). Undated wrapper, circa 1770, used in London addressed to 'Miss M Leigh, No. 2 Store Street, Gower Street, Bedford Square', some soiling but on reverse fine strike Southwark Office Dockwra type 4 (L354) (PENNY on left) within 'S/MO'. Also on reverse manuscript 'Cob' signature of London Post receiver. (Ref 129719).
