1851 MAIL LONDON TO WORCESTER WITH 'MISSENT TO/DERBY.R.O' HAND STAMP (DY165). Envelope London to 'Sir Thos. Phillips Bart., Middle Hill, Worcester' with 1d (SG8) lettered HG, just touched at upper left otherwise fine margins and tied London Inland Office Numeral. On front fine strike 'E/NR' circular hand stamp of the Grand Northern Railway in black and fair only strike 'Missent to/Derby.R.O' hand stamp in black (DY165). Letter evidently missorted in London. On reverse London date stamp MR 10 1851, BIRMINGHAM MR 11 1851 and BROADWAY MR 12 1851. (Ref 128229).
