1840 MAIL ARUNDEL (SUSSEX) TO LONDON WITH 1D GREY-BLACK PL.5 (SG3)(CH). Wrapper Arundel to 'Mefsrs. Tew and Co, Henrietta St. Covent Garden, London with good 1d grey-black pl.5 (SG3) lettered CH with four close but clear to fine margins. Stamp cancelled fine strike black Maltese cross and tied by a light filing fold. On reverse ARUNDEL date stamp AP 23 1841. (Ref 125041).
