On front very fine strike of the boxed 'NOTICE' hand stamp (61 x 23), very fine strike ornate hand stamp '3' charge mark and 'CHARING-CROSS-W.C./PAID' date stamp AU 24 59 all in orange. Contents objecting to a 'William Bellamy' being retained in the List of Voters for the County of Middlesex. Very scarce complete example. (Ref 117206).
