'1784 SCOTLAND DISTINCTIVE 'POST OFFICE/ELGIN' CIRCULAR HAND STAMP,. A fine part wrapper Elgin to Edinburgh date 4th August 1784, on reverse very fine strike of the circular 'POST OFFICE/ELGIN' very distinctive hand stamp in black. (Ref 115355).
