Envelope Staunton on Wye to Dairen China endorsed "Via Siberia" with KEDVII 2½d blue (SG230) cancelled STAUNTON.ON.WYE cds JA 17 11, on front CHANGCHUN/I.J.P.O date stamp 31.1.11 and on reverse DAIREN/I.J.P.O date stamp 1.2.11. In 1905 Dairen (Port Arthur) was ceded from Russia to Japan, now once again part of China. (Ref 109132).
