Envelope London 'To the Town Clerk Banff N.B.' with good used die 2 1d pl.12 lettered AL, short perf at left tied two good strikes of the London '50' Inland numeral. On reverse 'Devonshire-St' receiver's hand stamp in blue and BANFF date stamp FE 4 1856. Stamp shows short 'A' row from perforation adjustment and MISSING IMPRIMATUR LETTERING. (Ref 107778).
