A good unused block of four 1860 die 2 1d pl.63 rose-red on white paper (SG40) lettered KI KJ LI LJ, centred to foot and small part o.g. However a very scarce block, Dr. Wiggins states 'The plate is scare in mint condition and only a few blocks have been seen'. (Ref 79085).
