1851 BLUE 'WAY BILL' IN RESPECT OF REGISTERED LETTER FROM PRESTEIGN, RADNORSHIRE TO KINGTON, HEREFORDSHIRE. A fine printed Way Bill in black on blue paper, 273 x 73, in respect of a registered letter sent from Presteign in Radnorshire to Kington in Herefordshire with signatures of both the despatching and receiving Postmasters. Also 'PRESTEIGN' and 'KINGTON' double ring date stamps DE 16 1851 in black and blue respectively. A rare survivor. (Ref 132933).
