Fine health questionnaire used locally in London with 1d (SG8) lettered MJ with four fine margins, tied London "6" Inland Office numeral, at lower left fine imprint 'The Experience Life Assurance Co.'s Office' and on reverse fine wafer seal, touched at one point, in black and lemon inscribed 'THE EXPERIENCE LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY'. Also on reverse London date stamps DE 20 1845. (Ref 116844).
