PL.27 (EK)(SG40)/"O.U.S." OVERPRINT TYPE 45 IN RED READING UPWARDS (SPEC PP148). Good used 1857 die 2 1d pl.27 rose-red on white paper (SG40) lettered EK with fine "O.U.S." overprint type 45 in red reading upwards (spec PP148). Corner bend but fine perforations and clearly showing the distinctive GOTHIC "K". Cancelled "603" of Oxford. (Ref 113732).
