1843 MAIL CHELTENHAM TO LEICESTER WITH 'NO.1' RECEIVERS HAND STAMP. Envelope, small repaired fault from Cheltenham to 'Lady Fowke, Lowesby Hall near Leicester' with 1d (SG8) with clipped corners, cancelled fine strike black Maltese cross. On reverse fine strike boxed 'No.1' receivers hand stamp in black, CHELTENHAM date stamp AU 20 1843 and LEICESTER date stamp AU 22 1843. (Ref 128358).
