Filing fold clear of stamp. Circular undelivered with manuscript 'Gone away' with 'HITCHIN' date stamps JY 22 93 and AU 2 93. A Jury Summons was liable to postage of 3d, 1d postage and 2d registration fee although item was not registered. (Ref 137807).
