A fine receipt in respect of a 'REGISTERED LETTER' from Cleobury Mortimer in Shropshire to 'J J Pale Esqr, Treasurer of Co Salop, Shrewsbury' dated 26th Feb 1852 and at lower left fair part strike 'Cleobury/Penny Post' hand stamp in black (SH114).
