Fine wrapper with part letter from India to Edinburgh, charged '1/7' and good strike boxed '½' Scottish wheel tax hand stamp in red, also on front fine to very fine strike boxed 'INDIA LETTER/PORTSMOUTH' hand stamp in black (Rob In.3).
