Fine example of the 1890 Penny Postage Jubilee 1d blue envelope with insert card sent registered mail Eastbourne to San Francisco, USA after the Exhibition in September 1890 and cancelled very fine strike 'EASTBOURNE' date stamp SP 29 90 and alongside 'REGISTERED/LONDON' date stamp. On reverse QV Jubilee 1½d (SG198) and 2d (SG200) each cancelled very strike 'EASTBOURNE' date stamp and alongside 'NEW YORK' receiver. Several tone spots. (Ref 134417).
