1851 BLUE 'WAY BILL' IN RESPECT OF REGISTERED LETTER FROM PRESTEIGN, RADNORSHIRE TO KINGTON, HEREFORDSHIRE. A fine printed Way Bill in black on blue paper, 271 x 81, in respect of a registered letter sent from Presteign in Radnorshire to Kington in Herefordshire with signatures of both the despatching and receiving Postmasters. Also fine strike 'PRESTEIGN' double ring date stamp DE 17 1851 in black. A rare survivor. (Ref 132932).
