KGV 4½d carmine registered envelope from Mitcham to London cancelled 'MITCHAM' 8 AP 26 evidently put into the normal post, spotted by a Post Office employee and treated correctly with manuscript 'Posted O O C 3d to pay' and with 3d postage due applied and lightly cancelled.
