1890 PENNY POSTAGE JUBILEE, BLUE INSERT CARD POSTALLY USED IN LONDON WITHOUT SURCHARGE. Blue insert card, some soiling, used locally in Leicester Square with fine strike 'LEICESTER.SQUARE.B O/W.C' single ring date stamp JY 2 90. The insert card itself did not pay postage which should have been 1d but this card not taxed. (Ref 133987).
