Post card used locally in Portland, Dorset with inter-panneau label from a sheet of KEDVII ½d blue-green used instead of a postage stamp and cancelled fine strike EASTON/PORTLAND cds OC 4 04 with additional strike alongside. Apparently permitted by the Post Office and without surcharge. (Ref 117131).
