1845 1D PL.54 (SG8)(LB) WITH HAND DRAWN '715' NUMERAL OF CROSS HILLS, NORTH YORKSHIRE. Small piece with good used 1d pl.54 (SG8) lettered LB, touched at top otherwise four close to fine margins and tied fine hand drawn '715' numeral of Cross Hills in North Yorkshire. A most unusual cancellation, recorded by Parmenter between 1 Nov 1844 and 30 Nov 1844, only the second example we have seen. (Ref 135103).
