Fine wrapper from London to 'John Norris Esq, Solr, Manchester' with two fine to very fine 1d pl.24 (SG8) lettered MC and HG, both fine margins and tied fine strikes normal Manchester Maltese cross. Alongside good strike 'T.P/Holborn Bars' receivers handstamp in red (L505/HOLBAR9a). On reverse London date stamp 20 JY 1842. Fine usage. (Ref 139274).
