1898 MAIL PERU TO 'WHITFIELD KING' STAMP DEALERS OF IPSWICH. Fine '1897' Peruvian UPU post card addressed to 'Messrs Whitfield King and Co, Ipswich, Inglaterra' cancelled 'LIMA' 14 MARZ 98. On reverse fine written note 'We thank you for your favour of Jan 19th, also for your price list, we sell about £200 worth of our wholesale stock to the J. P. V. of Berlin for auctions and it will pay you to obtain the auction list. We are discontinuing wholesaling and shall in future buy only against purchasing money as per propositions we made you...'.
