Fine 2d blue registered envelope from London to Paris uprated with ½d pl.11 (SG48) lettered BI and 1d pl.191 (SG43) x 2 lettered LD SL, unusually cancelled by cork type barred numerals. On front 'REGISTERED/W.C.D.O.' date stamp AU 9 78. On front and on reverse various French transit date stamps. Good usage. (Ref 139176).
