CIRCA 1890 DERAEDEMAEKER REPRINT SOUTHGATE CARICATURE NO.3 'PEG LEG SAILOR' ON YELLOW PAPER. A very fine unused example circa 1890 Deraedemaeker reprint of the Southgate caricature No.3 in black on yellow wove paper. Caricature depicts scenes of joviality as a result of cheaper postage with a 'Peg Leg' sailor at lower right receiving a letter. There are also celebrations in the background following a naval victory over the Chinese? (Ref 132572).
