Window envelope from Liverpool, slight creasing, posted unpaid and cancelled LIVERPOOL 29 MCH 1958, and although not cancelled by a franking machine on front good strike three line instructional mark 'POSTAGE CANNOT BE PREPAID BY MEANS OF INCOMPLETE FRANKING IMPRESSIONS' and fine strike '4D/TO PAY/466' charge mark, both in green.
