Wrapper used in London, addressed to 'Mr Mills, Surveyor, Battersea fields', on front fine strike of the very scarce 'Bge St Lambh./3py P.Paid' London receivers hand stamp in red (L508a), this hand stamp only recorded in 1829 and in red. Alongside fine strike 'PAID.29/8.DE/EVEN' oval date stamp in red. Ex Barrie Jay collection. (Ref 128085).
