1775 MAIL USED IN LONDON WITH TEMPLE DOCKWRA (L357). Fine letter from Totteridge 'To the Honourable Wm. Lee Esqr. at his house in Bloomsbury Square London' dated Feb 3 1775. On reverse fine to very fine strike Temple Dockwra (L357) 'T/SA', time date stamp '7 o'Clock' (L366) and manuscript 'Bennett' a General Post receiver. Curiously letter also written by a Mr Bennett! (Ref 123991).
