Tombs, No 23 Bishopgate St., London' dated 2nd February 1796 and on front manuscript 'pd 2'. Also on front good part strike of the rare large type 'TOOTING/- 2 -' receiving house hand stamp in RED (L419a). Also on front superb strike London oval hand stamp '7 o'Clock Night/FE.2.96/PENNY.POST.PAID' in red (L439). (Ref 123309).
