1850 PART WRAPPER LIVERPOOL TO DERBY WITH 'UPPER-PARLIAMENT-ST' STRAIGHT LINE RECEIVERS HAND STAMP (LL352). Good part wrapper from Liverpool to Derby with 1d (SG8) lettered QA, fault at lower right otherwise four margins and tied '466' numeral of Liverpool. On reverse fair to good strike 'UPPER-PARLIAMENT-ST' straight line receivers hand stamp in black, 38 x 4 (LL352), County Catalogue 'G.P.O' rating - only known in G.P.O records. On reverse 'LIVERPOOL' date stamp DE 9 1850. (Ref 132835).
