Envelope (some soiling and crease which affects stamp) Liverpool to Manchester with 1d (SG8) pl.16 lettered QB with four close to good margins, several creases, tied part strike of a fine black M.C. and also clearly cancelled with red pen cancellation. Back stamped LIVERPOOL DE 8 1841, also on reverse BERRY ST/LIVERPOOL receiver's hand stamp in black and silver wafer seal of a bird carrying a letter. Unusual. (Ref 103880).
