1861 DIE 2 1D PLATE 51 (SG42) IMPERFORATE IMPRIMATUR LETTERED TI. A fine imperforate imprimatur 1861 die 2 1d plate 51 (SG42) lettered TI with four close to large margins in red-brown on lightly blued paper and one of only two imprimatur sheets with alphabet IV check letters. This imprimatur sheet was taken in June 1856 although the issued stamps were not printed in rose-red on white paper until 1861. A rare and sought after imprimatur. (Ref 135115).
