1742 MAIL YARMOUTH TO ANTWERP WITH 'YAR/MOUTH' HAND STAMP (NK497). Fine letter from Yarmouth dated Jan 28 1742 'To Mr James Dormer, Merchant, Antwerp' and on reverse good strike two line 'YAR/MOUTH' hand stamp in black (NK497). On front circular 'PD' London receivers hand stamp in black and on reverse London Bishop mark '1/FE'. Manuscript 'Paid 4d' to London with charge '6' onwards to Antwerp. Good usage. (Ref 136480).
