1843 MAIL BRISTOL TO PARIS WITH 1D PL.34 (SG8)(FC). Wrapper from Bristol to 'Thomas Dawson Esq, 10 Rue Royale, St Honore, Paris' with 1d imperforate pl.34 (SG8) lettered FC, four margins but filing crease affects, tied fine strike Bristol Maltese cross. On front 'BOULOGNE' date stamp and manuscript charge '10', on reverse 'BRISTOL' date stamp DE 6 1843. Whilst crease affects stamp, an unusual example of the 1d imperforate going overseas.
