1841 2D MULREADY WRAPPER USED ROCHDALE TO LONDON. A good to fine used 2d Mulready wrapper, stereo a91, from Rochdale to 'Mefsrs Walmsley and Co, Solr, 43 Chancery Lane London' cancelled good strike of the black Maltese cross of Rochdale. On reverse ROCHDALE date stamp JU 12 1841 and London receiver 14 JU 1841. Some imperfections but a rare provincial usage. (Ref 116918).
