1941 1D PALE SCARLET (SG486) VERY FINE MISPERFORATION. A fine og vertical strip of four (lower three stamps unmounted) showing EXCELLENT DOWNWARD SHIFT OF PERFORATIONS CAUSING UPPER STAMP TO BE "A LONG STAMP" AND LOWER STAMP "A SHORT STAMP". Unusual and very fine error. (Ref 104559).
